These Terms govern your use of Warlok. By creating an account or generating assets, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.
Acceptable use
Only upload images you have the rights to use. Do not upload infringing, unlawful, or harmful content, and do not abuse the generation queue.
Your content & ownership
You keep all rights to the images you upload and the assets you generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store them so we can run the service.
Generated assets
Assets you summon are yours to use in personal and commercial projects, subject to these Terms and the rights in your source images.
Plans & payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Warlok anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.
Disclaimers
Warlok is provided as is. Generation results vary and we do not guarantee a specific output. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will let you know in-app or by email before they take effect.
